Weekly Schedule Update for August 4th
Some info in advance for the next couple of weeks. We will be adjusting the Summer Tuesday Thunder Dirt Oval series schedule. We will race this week and then take a week off so that we have more time to prep for the 2025 McAllister Racin King of Dirt Oval Championship on the 16th. We will add an extra Tuesday to the end of the schedule to compensate.
Also, it has only taken me 15 years to realize that we should be closed the Sunday after the King of Dirt since we usually are racing into Sunday morning anyway. It’s a rare day Fastlane is closed but we will be closed on Sunday, August 17th.
Tuesday night is Round 3 of our Tuesday Thunder Summer Dirt Oval Series. Doors open at 4, practice at 5, racing at 6:30.
Wednesday night is another round of our Winning Wednesday Indoor Offroad Points Series. Doors open at 4, racing at 7.
Friday night we have another round of our new Friday Night Onroad Series. Doors open at 4. Racing at 6:30. Two rounds of qualifying and mains.
Saturday we will make another attempt at a Double Club Saturday; indoor and outdoor offroad racing. Another chance to show us there really is demand for 8th scale racing here in the KC area.
Sunday it's onroad racing at 1 if we have enough.
This week’s schedule:
Monday - 4-10 pm - Offroad practice (both tracks), dirt oval closed for prep
Tuesday - 4-10 pm - Dirt oval points series race @ 6:30, practice at 5. Indoor offroad practice. Outdoor track closed during oval racing.
Wednesday - 4-10 pm - Winning Wednesday Indoor Offroad racing @ 7; Outdoor offroad and onroad practice.
Thursday - 4 -10 pm - Offroad and onroad practice
Friday - 4 - 10 pm - Round 5 of our Friday Night Onroad Series. Offroad practice.
Saturday - 10:00 am - 8 pm - Double Club Offroad Saturday. Doors open at 10:30 am, indoor racing @ noon, outdoor practice at noon; racing at 3:30.
Sunday - 10:30 am - 6:00 pm - Onroad racing @ 1pm. Practice on other tracks.
