Weekly Schedule Update for the week of October 5th…..
From this week until further notice we will be CLOSED on Mondays. It has always been a very slow day for sales and track use. I need at least a day off each week and being closed Monday will have the least effect on things. But that doesn’t mean there is any shortage of opportunities to enjoy racing at Fastlane. This week we will be scheduled to race 6 out of 7 days.
Last week began the cycle of wrapping up our various summer racing series and that continues this week. With the end of the various series; we will be moving to our typical Fall and Winter schedule with indoor offroad every Wednesday and Saturday after this week with the exception of the JConcepts 1:8 Offroad Riot on October 23-25 and occasional track builds / special events.
On Tuesday we try again to wrap up our Summer Tuesday Thunder Dirt Oval Series. Practice starts at 5 with racing at 6:30 pm. We are currently scheduled for 2 more weeks of Tuesday club racing on the dirt oval after this week.
Wednesday night it’s the final week of our Winning Wednesday Indoor Offroad Racing Series. Doors open at 4; racing at 6:30.
Thursday night we have carpet oval club racing at 6:30. There will be no prepped oval practice but the track is available for practice.
Friday it’s our last Freaky Fast Friday of the season. Doors open at 4: racing at 7. We have not been treating this as a points series. Interest has not been that high (we never hit 30 entries) and entry fees won’t cover the cost of trophies. So no trophies on this one. Race for fun and bragging rights.
Saturday it’s the final round of our Slideways Saturday Dirt Oval Series. Doors open at 10. Practice at 11:30 and racing at 2:30.
Sunday it’s carpet onroad racing at 1pm.
