Weekly Schedule Update for the week of November 17th…..
It’s time for the 2025 JCONCEPTS WINTER INDOOR SHOOTOUT & INVITATIONAL. Our indoor tracks are closed while we prepare. Outdoor tracks open until dark as weather permits.
Monday we will be finishing up the rough in of the new track layout.
We expect to be packing on Tuesday / Wednesday.
Tuesday we will be rolling up the carpet and beginning to prep the back room for pit space. We could use some help with rolling up the rug if anyone has time around 6.
We should be laying pipe Wednesday night and plan to paint the infield and track walls once the pipe is down. Help is welcome with all of that activity.
Thursday we are offering early registration and pit setup for the first time. Doors open at 4. We will close at 10. We will order pizza for anyone who is hanging out at around 8. We will probably be doing some last minute cleaning and stuff as well.
Friday we will open at 10 am. Open practice from 11 - 1. Semi-controlled practice by time from 1 to 9. Although Invitational racers are welcome to practice throughout that time , we will have 3 sessions of 3 heats of controlled practice for the Invitational racers only from 5 to 5:20, 6:30 to 6:50 and 8 to 8:20.
Doors open Saturday at 7:30. Quick practice session from 8 to 8:30 only for those who did not practice on Friday. Driver’s meeting at 8:45. Qualifying starts at 9.
Doors open Sunday at 7:30. Invitational 4WD practice from 8 to 8:20 (3 5 minute sessions). Racing starts at 8:30.

Friday - 10 am - 10 pm - Hobby shop open, WIS practice day. See above
Saturday - 7:30 am - ?? - WIS qualifying day. See above
Sunday - 7:30 am - 6:00 pm - WIS main day.
